My passion for naturopathic medicine began early in life. At the age of four, I received naturopathic care for chronic ear infections under my mother’s guidance—an experience that shaped my appreciation for natural and preventative approaches to health. Growing up, maintaining a healthy lifestyle was a priority, particularly as I competed in high level sports. As I matured, my focus evolved toward optimizing longevity and disease prevention, especially in the context of my family’s medical history.
I value a general practice while having a particular clinical interest in gastrointestinal health, women’s health and hormone optimization, metabolic health, and complex conditions, including environmental and toxicant-driven illnesses. My interest in athletic performance and performance nutrition stems from my experience as a varsity athlete on the Brock University Track & Field team.
I practice using an evidence-informed, patient-centered model of care that integrates objective assessments—such as functional testing and comprehensive bloodwork—with naturopathic therapies including clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, and lifestyle medicine. My goal is to identify and address underlying causes of illness while supporting the body’s innate ability to heal and thrive. I also recognize and place great value in preventative health.
I would be honoured to partner with you on your health journey and to develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and supports your overall well-being.
Education and Professional Affiliations
I completed my undergraduate degree in Medical Sciences at Brock University, where I was actively involved in the MedPlus co-curricular program. I earned my Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and completed a year-long clinical internship at the Schad Naturopathic Clinic, including a dedicated shift in oncology. I also completed an externship under the supervision of Dr. Paul Saunders, PhD, ND, RHOM at the Dundas Naturopathic Clinic.
I am licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and served as President of the Naturopathic Medical Student Associations’ Board during my time at CCNM. To further advance my clinical training, I have completed coursework through the Centre for Education and Development of Clinical Homeopathy (CEDH) and am currently working toward full certification. I am also certified in facial rejuvenation acupuncture.
About Me
Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy staying active, whether through regular exercise or spending time outdoors. I also appreciate exploring new cafés throughout the Niagara region. With Italian roots, cooking is both a creative outlet and a source of enjoyment. I am also an avid sports enthusiast—depending on the season—and remain ever hopeful of the Toronto Maple Leaf’s winning a Stanley Cup. Above all, I deeply value time spent with my family and friends, whose ongoing support and love have been foundational to where I am today. They have helped me to nurture my empathy for others which is also rooted in my strong spiritual faith.
