“Emily completed her Doctorate of Naturopathy in 2025 at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and is a licenced Naturopathic Doctor through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She went on to complete a year-long internship at the Schad Naturopathic Clinic, including a dedicated shift in pediatric and family care. Prior to her naturopathic training, Emily graduated from Brock University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree with first-class honours.

Emily brings a strong professional background in working with children and adolescents, supporting children and families navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and allergic/immune conditions. She also has a special interest in metabolic and cardiovascular health, perimenopause and menopause, digestive health, weight management, skin health, and personalized health optimization.

Outside of the clinic, Emily brings the same dedication and teamwork she developed through sport. She played travel volleyball for five years and now coaches a Niagara Rapids U13 competitive girls team.

Driven by a passion for wellness, Emily works with individuals from all walks of life, meeting patients where they are with a compassionate, patient-centred approach that blends traditional naturopathic medicine with evidence-based care. Together, you will create a personalized treatment plan that may include botanical medicine, functional lab testing, acupuncture, nutraceuticals, and tailored nutrition and lifestyle counselling. Her goal is to help you better understand your body, uncover the root cause of your symptoms, and feel empowered in your health journey”.
