1 cup thick cashew butter, or nut butter of your choice (the less oily, the better it will work)
1 cup coconut sugar
1 egg (or one flax egg, use 1 TBSP of ground flax seed to 3 TBSP of water and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow it get tacky)
½ cup unsweetened cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup – ½ cup of cacao chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together, use your hands if you must!
- Make 13-balls and put them onto a cookie sheet. Squish them down just a bit with your hand, or with a fork.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
